Strengthening the Black Family
scheduled for March 17 at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church is
“A forum event that celebrates the importance of family
In the black community while highlighting the challenges
facing many of our children due to single parent households,
divorce and poverty. Coming from the political and policy world,
this leadership training is transforming the lives of participants
as they work in the business and political world.” ~ DLI
Speakers will include:
Catherine Davis, Founder and President of the Restoration Project.
For pastors: A Continental Breakfast/reception from 9-10am (doors open at 8:30am).
The Community Town Hall Meeting, Discussion and Luncheon that follows from from 10 am – 12 Noon and is open to everyone.
This event is free of charge but we request you register in advance
as preparations are made for those attending the luncheon.
